Chippenham Airdome officially opened on Saturday 14th November 2009. The dome was planned by the late Tim Waycott who sadly died last year. Jo and Tom, Tim's wife and son officially opened the dome which will provide excellent sporting facilities that will be used by a variety of sporting organisations including youth cricket. The Tim Waycott Trust Fund for Youth Sport will be funding opportunities for young sports players to train in the dome. The Dome will be an excellent addition to the sports club.
